Bodrum - Doetinchem

I've regularly ordered food from here and often given good reviews, but tonight it didn't go well. I ordered directly from their website, not through Thuisbezorgd. I ordered and paid at 5:00 PM and requested delivery at 7:00 PM. At 7:45 PM, there was still nothing. I called back and was told, "Something went wrong with the order." That can be frustrating for both the customer and the store. Fifteen minutes later, the food was delivered. The Turkish red was so overcooked that it was more like a cracker than bread. The onion sauce for the sandwich wasn't included, but the fries were swimming in mayo. It's a real shame, and the next time I'm craving a Turkish sandwich, I'll try one of the many others in Doetinchem.

We always order our Lachmacun/Kapsalon here. It's the best lachmacun in the region, and perhaps even the Netherlands.

The portions are generous, the food is deliciously fresh, and it's often delivered within 10 minutes. Incredibly fast, so it's always good. If you're feeling peckish, I definitely recommend a Lachmacun chicken döner with all the trimmings. Combined with their garlic sauce, it's my favorite.

Always had delicious food.. and suddenly they no longer deliver to our postcode area. 2x politely asked why not but no response! Food that was delivered was always very good and also very warm so it can't be due to the distance! Too bad!

Ordered two pizzas... indeed, after half an hour, the chef said they were almost ready... then angrily addressed the employee, rushed to the oven, and took out two clearly burnt pizzas... the wife stood in front of them, but I saw it... he cut them into wedges anyway, and she wrapped them up...
At home, we saw that they were severely burnt on one side and undercooked on the other.

The next day, I politely told him it wasn't polite to give me clearly burnt pizzas, to which he smiled and said, "Thanks for letting me know..."

Anyway, it happens. They might have been busy (Easter Monday...) and they're doing their best.

But oh well... pay attention, guys... and/or maybe make a new one.

Hence one star.
